Long Term Administrative Support (LTASC II)

The Long Term Administrative Support Contract II (LTASC II) is an acquisition vehicle that can be used to obtain commercially provided administrative services on a long-term basis across all Institutes, Centers and Offices (ICs) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This multiple award ID/IQ contract may be used by NIH to procure administrative services for a period of at least twelve months on a task order (TO) basis.

Support under this contract will include the following administrative support and management labor categories:

  • Program Manager
  • Deputy Program Manager
  • General Clerk I (Clerk 1)
  • General Clerk II (Clerk 2)
  • Administrative Assistant 1 (Admin 1)
  • Administrative Assistant 2 (Admin 2)
  • Senior Administrative Assistant (Admin 3)
  • Executive Assistant (Admin 4)

LTASC II Features and Benefits

  • Satisfies part-time and full-time administrative support needs on a long-term basis, a minimum of 12 months
  • Is available to all ICs in all locations
