Acting Chief Growth Officer
As PSI’s Acting Chief Growth Officer, Justin Bacon works closely with the CEO to translate the company’s growth strategy into well-defined tactical plans for execution and working to gain efficiencies and synergy within the company’s various business units. Mr. Bacon is directly responsible for supporting PSI’s senior executive team in recommending business diversification into new clients and agencies, forming teaming relationships, and increasing annual revenues.
Previously, Mr. Bacon served as senior vice president at QuarterLine, providing day-to-day management of the company’s healthcare and technology business units and overseeing all business development activities. Under his leadership, QuarterLine realized an average YoY growth of 38% with strategic wins in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
Mr. Bacon has also worked for Booz Allen Hamilton where he focused on Cybersecurity Engineering within the civilian and commercial sectors. He holds a B.S. degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Delaware.
