Chief Strategy Officer
As PSI’s Chief Strategy Officer, Pamela Graff works closely with the CEO to unify operations and solutions, focusing on strategic growth areas and new capability target areas. She is directly responsible for supporting PSI’s executive team in recommending business diversification into new clients and agencies, forming teaming relationships, and increasing annual revenues.
Ms. Graff brings over 20 years of experience providing executive leadership to government-focused healthcare companies, including holding senior management positions with Northrop Grumman and SAIC. Prior to founding her own company, QuarterLine, she worked for a private equity firm where she led the corporate turnaround of a national healthcare company. Ms. Graff also spent time with the Department of Veterans Affairs developing a 20-year plan to improve the healthcare delivery for our nation’s veterans.
With an undergraduate degree from Purdue University, Ms. Graff completed her postgraduate studies in International Economics at the Institut d’Etudes Economiques in Brussels, Belgium.
