 Tom Osment, Senior Vice President
 As Senior Vice President, Tom Osment assists the Chief Executive Officer in all programs of vital importance including providing executive management support and strategy development. Mr. Osment has over 30 years of progressive managerial and technical experience in operations, resources management, and information technology. Prior to joining PSI, he held such positions as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in both the commercial and federal sectors.
He also has significant teaching experience. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and Naval School of Health Sciences, Mr. Osment taught undergraduate and graduate courses in financial management. In addition, he has provided a wide variety of healthcare consulting services to healthcare institutions and networks, physician organizations, and managed healthcare plans.
Mr. Osment is a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School and the University of New Hampshire, and is a retired Naval Officer.
