Gerald Pizer's over 30 years of managerial and technical experience in the IT services industry make him a key asset to Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) as it continues to expand its customer base. As PSI's Chief Operating Officer, Jerry is directly responsible for all operational aspects of the company's business functions. In addition, he assists the CEO in establishing strategic direction and in developing and implementing strategic plans across the enterprise.

Jerry's responsibilities include the oversight of program execution for PSI's government and commercial contracts. He provides a single organizational focus to address key management functions, streamline policies and procedures, and enhance business practices. Jerry verifies that each manager not only upholds PSI's values - People, Service, and Integrity - but ensures the technical and financial success of each endeavor with respect to results-oriented corporate goals and objectives.

Prior to joining PSI, Jerry was a senior-level operations and business development executive supporting federally-procured ADP facilities management, network operations and information engineering procurements. He has been affiliated with a variety of prestigious organizations, including QSS Group, User Technology Associates, R.O.W. Sciences, Inc. and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Jerry believes that success is dependent not only on managerial excellence and technical superiority, but on a project team's ability to work synergistically towards a common goal. He makes this core belief an integral part of PSI's approach to each engagement.
