 Robert Matz, Senior Vice President of Business Development
 As Senior Vice President for Business Development, Robert Matz is directly responsible for PSI's growth strategy through business development activities such as building a pipeline of opportunities, researching and qualifying new business targets, and the oversight of proposal development and marketing activities across all federal departments and agencies.
Mr. Matz has over 35 years of accepting major challenges in IT management and business development in both commercial and government sectors. As a senior executive and proven leader, he has a track record for establishing long-term partnerships, developing aggressive growth strategies, and driving business initiatives that ensure all company goals are attained.
Prior to joining PSI, Mr. Matz was Regional Vice President of Operations for enGenius Consulting Group where he was responsible for providing overall executive oversight for both operations and business development activities for the company, with a primary focus on federal civilian programs.
Mr. Matz holds an MBA (with distinction), and a BBA (Summa Cum Laude) from National University, California. He is a Vietnam-Era Veteran (Air Force), and is currently co-chairperson of the AFCEA International Small Business Committee.
