| PSI is well-versed at supporting our customers’ unique training needs, ranging from traditional, classroom-based methods to the design and deployment of interactive web-based modules and webinars. For instance, PSI supports the Department of Defense (Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps) in building custom, interactive e-learning approaches across the Military Health System (MHS) staff, patients, and caregivers. PSI is highly skilled at integrating customer-based training requirements and offers a wide range of deployment options on MHS Learn, a centralized, web-based platform that offers a single source to meet specific training goals and objectives. PSI places a high priority on understanding MHS Learn’s content in order to produce a superior end product for the Government. The program began five years ago as a pilot Learning Management System (LMS) and now ranks as the world’s largest customer-facing implementation of Oracle's iLearning (COTS) LMS software. The platform often delivers over 20,000 lesson completions per week to over 170,000 current users, with 5,000 additional learners self registering every month.
