PSI offers a choice between two Preferred Provider Option (PPO) plans, which are offered through a premier U.S. health plan insurance carrier.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
PSI provides employees with coverage for Short-Term and Long-Term Disability.
Life and AD&D Insurance
PSI provides Life and AD&D coverage.
Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance
PSI offers employees the option of buying additional term life and/or AD&D insurance via payroll deduction.
PSI has a Cafeteria Plan. This plan allows employees to pay for their share of the health, dental, and vision insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis. Employees may also participate in Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
PSI offers a comprehensive dental plan that includes Orthodontia.
PSI offers employees the option of purchasing vision insurance. Vision discount programs are also available, which offer discounts on eye exams, lenses and frames.
PSI offers tuition reimbursement for job related courses at an accredited school. PSI also offers professional training and development programs.
PSI offers ten paid holidays per calendar year.
Employees earn leave each pay period.
Employees are allotted personal days for use each calendar year.
401(k) Retirement Plan
PSI has a 401(k) profit sharing type retirement plan.
Employees may be eligible for a referral bonus when they refer a successful job candidate.
