United States Combatant Command and Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) Architecture and Information Technology (A&IT) Support Mid-Level Analyst
Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) and our JV partner are seeking Architecture and Information Technology (IT) support personnel capable of planning, and coordinating current and future Enterprise Architecture and IT needs among many customer sets in a joint operational environment that supports the mission of the CCMO and the Intelligence Enterprise (IE), with emphasis on the Combatant Command's (CCMD's) JIOC. This effort will address the Joint Force Commander (JFC) Intelligence Director's (J2's) ta k in Joint Publication 2.0 (JP2.0) to "establish the JFC joint intelligence architecture" required to support the JFC mission. Candidate must also understand the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C41SR) Enterprise Architecture required to support the CCMD Theater Campaign Plans and Family of Plans, identify the deficiencies in intelligence processes and systems, and recommend solutions or mitigation in keeping with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (Do DAf ). The Enterprise Architecture consists of the Intelligence organizations of the CCMD Theater Service/Functional Component Commands, associated Sub-Unified Commands, in-theater Intelligence Community (IC) representatives, allies, and partners as well as the JIOC.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Education: Bachelors in Political Science, Business, or Computer Information Systems
Bachelor or master's degree with 4- 6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, DoDAF 2.0 trained and 4- 8 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/ academic experience.
Place of employment: Work will be performed at designated Government- owned JIOC facilities within PACOM Hawaii, South Korea, Germany (EUCOM, AFRICOM), NORTHCOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, SOCOM, SOUTHCOM and National Capital Region. Alternative places of performance will be at the intelligence organizations of the Theater Service/ Functional Components and Sub- Unified Commands and other Intelligence Organizations in the theater.
Security Requirements: Qualified candidates must posses and meet the federal investigative standards required for a US Government T5 investigation at time of hire. In addition, Counterintelligence Polygraph maybe required.
