ARLINGTON, VA – The Department of Commerce (DoC) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has awarded the Enterprise Resource Planned Systems International, LLC (ERPSI) joint venture team of Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) and ERP International, LLC (ERP) a prime contract to provide onsite and remote Tier 1 and Tier 2 Information Technology (IT) Operations and Maintenance Support for the OIG.
Under this firm-fixed price (FFP) contract, PSI will provide OIG Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT Help Desk support services and desktop support maintaining the desktop computers, notebooks, tablets, smart phones, computer peripherals, and other similar devices added in the future in response to technology changes.
Serving as the single contact point for users, we will provide guidance and technical support services to all federal employees and contractor support personnel help desk support for Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Microsoft SQL and Access databases, Microsoft web servers, Internet web servers, Mobile device servers and other OIG technology support requirements. This includes onsite helpdesk support services coverage at the OIG Silver Spring, Alexandria and Washington DC locations and remote support for regional offices in Atlanta, Denver, Seattle, and Anchorage for all federal employees and contractor personnel supporting OIG.
