PSI Achieves Certifications in ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 in IT Service Management |

Both certifications represent PSI's continued commitment to quality and service management best practices throughout the organization, and leverage these to help their customers achieve the highest level of service and operational excellence for IT solutions.
ISO 9001:2008 is the internationally-recognized standard for the quality management of businesses. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 is the first worldwide standard aimed specifically at IT Service Management. In order to gain compliance, PSI has undergone a comprehensive audit of its processes to ensure improved quality, lower cost, greater flexibility, and faster response to customers.
