FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

September 2, 2008

FALLS CHURCH, VA - Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI), a respected provider of information technology (IT) solutions and services to the federal government, has been awarded Letters of Commendation signed by Rear Admiral R. C. Vinci, Senior Healthcare Executive of the U.S. Navy. They were awarded to members of PSI's Defense Medical Human Resources System - internet (DMHRSi) Team by Kathy Chivington, Navy DMHRSi Program Manager, in a reception held this week at the Radisson Hotel at Reagan National Airport for their support of the worldwide deployment of the DMHRSi to the Navy. Approximately 35 presenters and awardees were in attendance.

DMHRSi is a decision-support system that tracks essential medical human-resource information for military (Active and Reserve), civilian, contract and volunteer workers for the Army, Air Force and Navy. It supports manpower, personnel, readiness, labor cost assignment and education and training for the Military Health System. PSI successfully completed implementation and training of DMHRSi at 46 Navy Medical Department Commands.

Mike Stewart, Director of DMHRSi Deployment/Sustainment for the Navy, said, "The level of support provided to the Navy Medical Department during this deployment by the Planned Systems International team has been superb. They have met our diverse and unique needs and have proven themselves to be consummate professionals in every aspect."

"Our team is honored to support the Defense Health Services Systems (DHSS) in this critical effort," said Terry Lin, chief executive officer, speaking from PSI's Falls Church office. "This is a confirmation of the quality services our people have been delivering to ensure the continuity of vital healthcare across the entire military community." The PSI Team includes ASM Research, Computer Sciences Corporation, Longview International Technology Solutions, Northrop Grumman Information Technology, and US Information Technologies. The PSI Team has been instrumental in preparing the DMHRSi in its ability to receive Milestone C approval, ATO approval, and full-rate deployment approval.
