Planned Systems International (PSI) Awarded Contract to Provide Tier III Maintenance Support for the Workload Management System for Nursing (WMSN) |

COLUMBIA, MD - The Resources Information Technology Program Office (RITPO) has awarded Planned Systems International, Inc. a contract to provide Tier III Maintenance Support for the Workload Management System for Nursing (WMSN).
Under the contract, PSI will provide continued software maintenance, software updates, testing, documentation and technical support for incidents reported through the MHS Helpdesk. The WMSN is a stand-alone application supporting nursing staff allocation at 41 Navy and Air Force medical treatment facilities worldwide. The support will also include system administration, data input, data manipulation, and data reporting to assist the MHS in its health care mission.
