Project Overview
CCE is a server-based application that utilizes 3M’s coding and compliance COTS software to support Military Health Systems (MHS) coders. The CCE system is used at Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) worldwide in order to improve data quality and increase Third Party Collections (TPC). The primary users of CCE are the site coders, coding auditors, and administrative staff. The primary benefit of CCE is the improvement of coding standards through the use of online editing capabilities. CCE also provides extensive reporting capabilities to help site management identify coding areas that warrant improvements to data quality and TPC.
PSI Services & Results
PSI provides a comprehensive customer support desk and Tier III maintenance services on CCE for MTF customers worldwide. This includes remote support for software maintenance services, system repair, installation of application software patches, and application upgrades. PSI also provides recommendations and support for new hardware purchases for CCE and related systems such as the Third Party Outpatient Collection System (TPOCS). A helpdesk webpage that provides FAQs, updates, and new SW downloads is provided to facilitate easy and convenient downloads at customer sites.PSI is recognized for the quality and effectiveness of its application training, documentation, and support services. As part of our support, we provide remote and classroom technical training and deliver regular updates of curriculum and user guides. We also maintain CCE’s documentation including the Security Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, Continuity of Operations Plan, and the Reliability, Maintainability and Availability Plan.
