Project Overview
The TIMPO’s mission is to provide secure customer-centric communications and computing infrastructure products and services to enhance military healthcare operations. The dashboard/scorecard shall facilitate alignment, visibility, and collaboration across the TIMPO organization by allowing internal staff to define, monitor, and analyze business performance via internal key performance indicators (KPIs). The dashboard will meet the needs of the business users and the broader organization, while providing the enterprise with an integrated strategy that meets the rigorous demands of an intranet—security, customization, 24x7 reliability, and scalability.
PSI Services & Results
PSI is developing a dashboard solution with a user friendly interface, Section 508 compliance, DITSCAP/DIACAP compliant hardware and software, 24x7 reliability, and the ability to store documents. PSI is assisting the Government in identification and selection of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions and developing Solutions Design Documents (SDDs) to detail the designs of new systems. PSI is transforming organizational data into meaningful and actionable information to include the development of numerical and graphical KPIs.
The PSI solution presents an easy-to-use management dashboard/scorecard that meets the following goals and objectives: - Enables the business to track and analyze defined KPIs that not only exist within departmental domains, but also broadly across the entire organization
- Provide the organization with a common yet customizable view of defined objectives, thereby enabling alignment and joint decision making by TIMPO
- Provides users with the specific performance indicators, analysis functions, and layout personalized as necessary for their jobs
- Communicates actionable information to decision makers via robust performances indicators, rules, alerts, and advanced analysis capabilities
