Project Overview
Under this IDIQ contract, PSI is performing the following five task orders. VISTA MSY Task Order: Developing software components and HTML screens for staff portal application. Web Design & Development: Producing website requirement and design documents for the conceptualization and design of SharePoint Portal. eSpan to Momentum Interface Enhancements: Developing application interface components for end user data entry. Expansion of CNCS Data Warehouse: Providing detailed data dictionary and mapping of each data element in the source system and warehouse. Helpdesk Assessment: Comprehensive review and documentation of structure and workflow for multiple helpdesks.
PSI Services & Results
VISTA MSY Task Order: The new web-based system that PSI is developing allows the CNCS staff to forecast and track production of VISTA Member Service Years. PSI’s is also developing algorithms/analysis and modeling tools to assist the forecasting function for use at the beginning of a fiscal year. Web Design & Development: PSI is designing an intuitive and easy-to-use SharePoint Portal website for the Corporation’s Board of Directors. The SharePoint Portal server will be configured for user login authentication using Microsoft Active Directory and for secure web VPN login. eSpan to Momentum Interface Enhancements: PSI is developing application interface components and creating new HTML screens suitable for end user data entry and review (Portal or eGrants Phase II). New tables, PL/SQL database packages and triggers, and Reports will also be created. Expansion of CNCS Data Warehouse: PSI is determining if any additional reports are needed and to ensure the correct metadata was collected. PSI will work with CNCS staff to identify frequently used reports in both production application and data warehouse environments. PSI will provide a detailed data dictionary and mapping of each data element in the source system and the warehouse. The existing data warehouse reporting capability will be enhanced to meet all of CNCS’s reporting requirements.
