PSI’s 23rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament Cancelled
Update: CEO Terry Lin was forced to cancel our 23rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament due to COVID-19, but we still wanted to raise money for our favorite charities, Special Love, Inc. (for kids with cancer) and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Thanks to the support of the incredible PSI family and our amazing partners and colleagues, we held a virtual event, gave away some great prizes, and raised $40,085. With PSI's 100% matching donation, a total of $80,170 was donated to our charities!
PSI’s Annual Charity Golf Tournament has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years to benefit cancer victims. It is with great regret that the 2020 tournament will be cancelled based on CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19. However, in the spirit of PSI, you still have an opportunity to donate to charity and win amazing prizes!
Our charities are experiencing greater hardship and cutbacks than ever before, so we ask you to please consider donating to either Special Love (a local organization benefiting kids with cancer and their families) or The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. EVERY TAX-DEDUCTIBLE DONATION MADE will be matched 100% by PSI and entered into a drawing to win one of many fantastic prizes!
The more you donate, the more chances you have to win. You get one entry for every $5 donated and donations over $50 will also qualify you for our GRAND PRIZE drawing where you could win one of two $1,000 Amazon Gift Cards! We will hold a virtual drawing on Friday, October 16, 2020 (the original date of our tournament) and the event will be streamed LIVE so that you can join and be a part of the fun!

The Causes
Special Love (Benefiting Children With Cancer and Their Families)
Special Love is a local nonprofit organization that provides cancer families a network of support, made up of other patients and families who know and understand the trials and triumphs of the cancer experience. It is the result of Tom and Sheila Baker's desire to establish a support group for children with cancer and to honor their daughter who lost her battle against the deadly disease. In 1983, the Bakers began their organization with a week of summer fun called Camp Fantastic which has grown into a year full of events, with over 15 week and weekend retreats and special outings.

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. The Society's mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Since its founding in 1949, LLS has invested more than $1 billion in research. Over that time, survival rates for many blood cancer patients have doubled, tripled and even quadrupled. Moreover, LLS have learned how to cure certain blood cancers. And many therapies first approved for blood cancers are now helping patients with other types of cancers and serious diseases.
