Overview
The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is a cost-effective, innovative solution for procuring information technology (IT) professional services from a pool of CMS-experienced partners. CMS will use the contract for strategic, technical and program management services. The agency wants to modernize business processes and supporting systems. Among the systems are the Federal Healthcare Exchange and Medicare/Medicaid Information Technology systems.
