IT Quality Analyst and Support Technician

What I Do

I started my journey at PSI as a Quality Management Analyst supporting the Organizational Quality Management team by maintaining our ISO certifications and CMMI frameworks (v1.3 and v2.0). These credentials are crucial in providing a competitive edge for PSI in the marketplace to bid on contracts from the government. Currently, I am fortunate enough to continue learning by becoming an IT Quality Analyst and Support Technician in the Technology Management Department.

Highlights of My Career so Far

Having 3 years at PSI, I have found that participating in our CMMI appraisals and ISO audits have been most rewarding since they allow me to apply my knowledge and skills. As I have taken on my new role in the Technology Management Department, I have been able to apply my two passions of learning new technology and helping people when they require assistance. This has also allowed me to virtually meet and build relationships with other PSI employees as we all have been working from home during the pandemic.

Working Here Has Given Me

As a combat Marine veteran, this work environment has given me a completely different perspective on how companies like PSI provide support to the military community. I am proud to work at PSI because I have seen the programs / projects that we support and the difference it has made and continues to make for the military community.

What I Like About PSI

I absolutely enjoy the culture here at PSI. It is not just a place to go to work but a place where you know your work truly makes a difference. Not to mention we have excellent training opportunities, PSI events that raise money for charities, and of course the phenomenal PSI parties.

My Life Outside of PSI

You will typically find me walking around the lake with my wife and our 12-year-old Border-collie/Boxer mix, Robbie, perhaps find me grilling (in all seasons), and socializing with my friends. I also enjoy creating videos of past family vacations and my military deployments, as well as learning random skills on YouTube University when I have free time.
