Health Systems Implementation & Training
Since 2005, PSI has played a vital role supporting the Defense Medical Human Resources-internet (DMHRSi) for the Air Force. DMHRSi is a Human Resources (HR) management application designed to provide accurate HR information regarding medical personnel readiness, financial reporting, and other requirements across the Military Health System (MHS) enterprise.
PSI provides reinforcement of sustainment and training activities, including business process reengineering, to support DMHRSi at Air Force Military Treatment Facilities (MTF). Our services include on-site, classroom, and webinar training to Air Force Medical Expense Performance Reporting System managers. In addition, PSI professionals update all functional cost codes in DMHRSi to enable the Air Force to track man hours and support time-sensitive decisions. This data, which details the amount of time spent in support of MTF activities, is critical in tracking labor hours and analyzing financial impact on the MTFs.
