As President of PSI’s Federal Civilian Sector, William Niemeyer focuses on excellence and partner relationships to ensure outstanding customer outcomes and satisfaction. He works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to implement PSI’s commitment to bring value to our customers while taking care of our people.

Mr. Niemeyer joined PSI during the 2018 Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL) International, Inc. acquisition, where he served as Chief Operations Officer. He provides a proven record of growing businesses, engaging employees, and delivering exemplary service to his clients. He is a strategic thinker who discerns corporate strengths, culture, and personality, and develops business plans to capture market share efficiently. A servant leader, Mr. Niemeyer manages programs and clients to enhance employee engagement and build service- and solution-oriented relationships.

Mr. Niemeyer holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.

When not at work? Mr. Niemeyer spends much of his free time supporting wilderness causes, including the re-introduction of elk into the Appalachian Mountains in East Tennessee.
