As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Truong’s job is to ensure that PSI delivers on its promises to each of its valued customers. He is also responsible for overseeing PSI’s daily operations. This includes providing executive oversight and direction to each of PSI’s operating sectors. As COO, Mr. Truong works closely with the CEO to carry out the company’s vision, culture, and long-term strategy for sustained profitable growth, which is based fundamentally on putting people first.

Previously, Mr. Truong served as PSI’s General Counsel where he was responsible for all legal matters of the company, including public sector and commercial contracts, litigation, employment, international, corporate transactions, joint ventures, and intellectual property.

Prior to joining PSI in 2011, Mr. Truong was Assistant General Counsel for Verizon and Legal Counsel for Accenture. He began his legal career in the Federal government as an Attorney-Advisor for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and then as Assistant General Counsel for the National Science Foundation.

Mr. Truong holds a Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University, a Juris Doctor from University of Dayton School of Law, and an LL.M. in Government Procurement Law from George Washington University Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
