Kim Stephens

President of National Security Sector

As the President of PSI’s National Security Sector, Kim Stephens is responsible for driving program execution and business growth for the company’s National Security Sector. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to implement PSI’s commitment to provide value-added information technology solutions from cloud migration, to cyber security to support our customer’s mission. In addition, we provide systems engineering and integrating to solve the Nation’s security challenges. that support the nation’s defense customers’ missions.

As a retired Lieutenant Colonel for the U.S. Marine Corps, Ms. Stephens has over 25 years of leadership experience with a reputation for successfully achieving the most challenging organizational goals and objectives.

Ms. Stephens joined PSI in 2016. At PSI, she has worked as Vice President of National Security and served as program manager for the US SOCOM Wide Mission Support IDIQ providing oversight and technical expertise. As Chief of Special Operations Financial Management (SOFM) Strategic Communications at USSOCOM, she provided strategic-level analysis and creative problem-solving solutions for the command’s resourcing obstacles.

Ms. Stephens holds a Master of Science in Military Studies from Marine Corps University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science-International Relations from Northern Illinois University.
