As the President of PSI’s Health Sector, Mashuqur (Mash) Rahman is responsible for the operations of the company’s Health IT portfolio. He works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to implement PSI’s commitment to bring value to our customers while taking care of our people.

Mr. Rahman joined PSI in 2009. At PSI, he has led various Department of Defense Health Information Technology (IT) projects including AHLTA Development & Modernization and Enterprise Blood Management. Most recently, he served as PSI’s Vice President for Development & Integration Solutions.

Mr. Rahman has more than 30 years of experience in IT and more than 18 years of experience in federal government contracting. He began his career as a software developer at America Online at the start of the Internet era. During his career, he has served as a technical lead, software architect and program manager, and has worked for such Internet luminaries as Steve Case, Mark Pincus, and Steve Crocker.

Mr. Rahman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Vassar College.

When he’s not at work? Mr. Rahman lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife and three cats. When not feeding or otherwise doing staff work for his cats, he enjoys oil painting, reading, photography and traveling.
