Mr. Scott McKelvey is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI), a certified enterprise IT solutions provider specializing in Federal Health IT.

As CFO, Mr. McKelvey brings a proven ability to provide proactive leadership in developing and utilizing resources to drive and deliver financial and business growth. With over 30 years of strong senior management experience, he constructs and presents business concepts and plans in a coherent and persuasive manner, to negotiate complex contractual issues, and implement operations from inception through profitability.

As a strategic and analytical decision maker and problem solver, Mr. McKelvey focuses on the overall picture when ascertaining needs and goals, identifying difficulties, streamlining operations, and formulating creative solutions to convert negative situations into positive outcomes with a demonstrated capability to buy/sell companies, integrate organizations and develop effective processes.

When he’s not at work? He enjoys playing golf, pickleball and traveling and vacationing to Vermont and Mexico with his wife.
