Chiang Ren, Ph.D.
Chief Strategy Officer
Chiang leads PSI business capture, solutions development, proposal development, and pricing organizations. He is also the Chief Solutions Architect for PSI. Under his guidance, PSI has won major contracts in all three business sectors.
Prior to joining PSI, he was the CTO of two small businesses and led major studies for Air Force HQ, Joint Staff J-3 and J-5, and DISA. He has further published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles as well as two textbooks on systems analysis.
Chiang holds a B.S.E. Magna Cum Laude in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an S.M. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Bolton. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
