Hiring Our Heroes
Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) provides resources and job opportunities for those transitioning from the military. This program assists them through internships, hosting hiring events, and much more!
As a Fellowship Host Company for HOH, PSI equips our transitioning military with the tools and experience they need to succeed with their civilian career.
Types of Internships
There are two programs PSI provides through HOH: Corporate Fellowship Program and Military Spouse Fellowship Program.

How Long Are The Programs?
The Corporate Fellowship Program is 12 weeks long and the Military Spouse Fellowship Program is 6 weeks long.
Where Is The Job Located?
We have intern positions in various locations.
Under some circumstances, remote work is authorized.

What Are The Work Hours?
Standard: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm.
We are flexible regarding your need to fulfill your transition requirements.
What Will I Learn?
You will learn the functions of your desired job and experience what it’s like to work in a civilian corporation. We will ensure you are exposed to all the essential functions of your job and give you the opportunity to work under the tutelage of an industry expert. You will be assigned a PSI professional as your mentor.
Will PSI Hire Me After The Internship?
As a growing government contracting organization, PSI is always looking for skilled professionals. We may offer full-time roles to some interns, but we cannot guarantee it. We will provide all interns with career development and help them build marketable skills to work with PSI or other Government contractors.
I’m Interested, What Should I Do Next?
After you apply for the PSI HOH internship. We will screen your resume, and if you meet the minimum qualifications of the job, you will move into our system as a candidate. From there, the recruitment department may conduct a phone screening and possibly a virtual interview with the hiring manager. If accepted, we will set up a mutually agreeable start and end date.
