Chief Financial Officer
Scott leads PSI's contracting and financial organizations and its actively advancing PSI's best practices to sustain years of rapid growth. He brings to PSI substantial experience from leading large businesses, conducting strategic and analytical decision making, and formulating creative solutions.
Prior to joining PSI, Scott served as Executive Director - Federal Services Controller for KPMG US, CFO/SVP Business Operations GS&ES for L-3 Communications, CFO/SVP Business Operations & Ethics Officer Technical Resources Sector for Titan Corporation, CFO System Resources Corporation.
Scott holds a B.A. from Bentley University and an MBA from Western New England University.
When he's not at work? He is an avid golfer and enjoys pickleball.
