Mr. Terry Lin is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI), a certified enterprise IT solutions provider specializing in Federal Health IT.
Under Mr. Lin's guidance and leadership, PSI’s employees are inspired to develop innovative products and services that respond to our customers’ most pressing challenges.
As Chairman and CEO, Mr. Lin provides executive leadership for PSI's strategic direction, business affairs, and mission success. His management has been instrumental in achieving the steady growth that PSI has enjoyed and ensuring that the company continues to be a strong industry partner to the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other agencies of the Federal Government. Because of Mr. Lin's leadership and guidance, PSI has enjoyed over 30 years of uninterrupted growth and continues to live out its core values of People, Service, and Integrity.
Under Mr. Lin’s leadership, PSI has invested significantly in an environment where employees are supported, respected and empowered. This is evidenced by his 100% approval rating on Glassdoor.
Mr. Lin holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Maryland in computer science and accounting. He has received advanced executive management training at both Clark Atlanta University and the University of Texas at El Paso.
When he’s not at work? Married to Carol Dight Lin with one daughter, Mr. Lin lives in Glenn Dale, MD and is a lifetime supporter of the University of Maryland Men’s Basketball Team (Terps). He enjoys a variety of ball sports, particularly golf, and sponsors an annual golf tournament which raises thousands of dollars every year for charity.
